The FOM Group comprises various business areas with a focus on project development, investment management, and the restructuring of real estate projects. As a project developer, it operates in Germany’s metropolitan regions. Together with the BRAWO GROUP (Volksbank Braunschweig Wolfsburg), it also acts as an investment company focusing on real estate and renewable energy investments. FOM Real Estate GmbH has been successfully developing high-quality new construction projects and sophisticated existing properties in collaboration with investment partners since 1997. Sustainability (“Manage to Green”) and the targeted enhancement of real estate value are among the company’s core principles. Since its foundation, 26 major projects with a total volume of over €4 billion have been completed, including the corporate headquarters of Microsoft Germany, MAN, and Thales Germany, as well as the Berlin headquarters of Allianz.
