Project Development & Asset Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

FOM Real Estate GmbH has been successfully developing high-quality new construction projects and sophisticated existing properties in collaboration with investment partners since 1997. Sustainability (\u201cManage to Green\u201d) and the targeted enhancement of real estate value are among the company’s core principles. Since its foundation, 26 major projects with a total volume of over \u20ac4 billion have been completed, including the corporate headquarters of Microsoft Germany, MAN, and Thales Germany, as well as the Berlin headquarters of Allianz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
